"Wow where to start?! Jamie literally saved us having to move house. We’d lived here for 8 years with many ‘experts’ swearing they’d solved the problem of sewerage smells invading. as well as unexplained turps and paint smells so powerful they nearly killed my dog. I had to get up to open windows in the middle of the night and during The Beast from the East it was that bad. Anyway, Jamie came out promptly and politely told me he was confident he knew what the problem was. He sent a quote and I accepted it and here’s the mark of the man. . . . . He’s SO HONEST he text again to apologise and say he’d sent the wrong quote in error and it was meant to be £300 cheaper! They arrived promptly on the agreed date and time, won my dog over (he’s moped ever since, he adored Jamie) and just got the job done. It was an awkward one, grade 2 listed, terrible system etc and it was done and dusted in two days. Communication was excellent, no one called me ‘darlin’ or ‘love’ and no one blasted loud music (I was home working) but kept the interruption to a minimum. They were polite, friendly and above all professional. Existing system was ripped out, grounds investigated and a new bespoke one put in. The site was tidied afterwards. It looks great. Proof of the outcome was eagerly awaited and hooray!! No smells!!!! We can stay now in our forever home without feeling poisoned and sick. I wish I could leave ten stars. HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!!!"

"I’d not hesitate to recommend Jamie to anyone needing a survey on the drains leading to/from their property. I made an appointment with him to come out and do a cctv survey and he then did a written report afterwards confirming what he discussed at the appointment. I booked him earlier in the year 🔝 for a CCTV survey and he was very easy to get in touch with and had great communication regarding the visit and the following report. "My attempt at unblocking our kitchen drain had zero effect.A chap advised me to ring Jamie from Instadrain. I rang on the Friday and he called Saturday. Unfortunately my drains needed a powerflush to clear the blockage. During his visit he found that my Interceptor Trap had collapsed causing waste water to have been backing up for months.Providing my water supplier says I am liable for the repair, I will be asking Instadrain to do the job. Expecting a large bill, he only charged me a call out fee. No hesitation in recommending Instadrain to friends and associates and adding him to my list of approved contractors."

"We recently had some work done by Jamie from Instadrain,the problem was a blocked toilet drain which could not be solved as a drain cover had been concreted over inside of an out building,the work involved removing the concrete to find the drain cover & remove the mess,also removing part of a block paved drive to access & replace a pipe that had been broken by tree roots which was causing the blockage,Jamie was very helpful & friendly,his quality of work and attention to detail was faultless,he fitted a new drain cover & re-concreted the area,he replaced the broken pipe & re-laid the blocks on the drive perfectly,we could not reccommend Jamie from Instadrain enough,he takes a pride in his work which is clearly evident in the end result."
